The Magazine
The restaurant seats 130 guests at long tables
Our largest and most versatile venue. Rustic and warm, with exposed wooden beams and solid materials, and direct access to the summer terrace for socializing on sunny days. This is the perfect setting for grand wedding receptions, shrimp feasts, corporate dinners, and Christmas buffets.

The Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the top floor of the mill section
An authentic and relaxed venue where the mill’s history is evident in every ceiling beam. The preserved details create a warm and cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for small groups looking for an intimate setting. The space can be set up with both long tables and smaller seating arrangements.

The Winter Terrace
The winter terrace seats 50 people and has windows facing the canal
A bright and versatile space with large windows overlooking the stage area and the canal. During the winter months, it’s used for Christmas dinners, conferences, and social gatherings during pizza nights. In the summer, it serves as an ice cream bar and reception area. String lights and wooden accents create a cozy atmosphere year-round.

The Museum
The museum can accommodate 60 people in the mill's historic setting
Here you can experience the mill’s history up close, with old machinery, millstones, tools, and signs still on display. A peaceful and historically rich setting that’s particularly well-suited for baptisms, memorial services, and small gatherings where people want to come together in quiet reflection. Available for booking year-round.

The Wood-Fired Oven Pizzeria
The wood-fired pizza restaurant seats 50 and features an open kitchen and a wood-fired oven
This is where Italian warmth meets a rustic mill setting. The restaurant is located on the lowest level of the Magasin Building and features an open kitchen where guests can watch the pizzas being baked in the crackling wood-fired oven. The aroma of freshly baked pizza, wooden details dating back to 1890, and the charmingly sloping floor create an atmosphere that is both unique and inviting. Open during regular business hours, but can be booked for private events outside of regular hours.

The Pub
The pub can hold 300 people once the party gets going
Westerqwarn’s go-to gathering spot when the festivities get underway. Solid wood, exposed beams, and historic mill details create a rustic and down-to-earth atmosphere. With a bar counter and sound and lighting systems, it’s perfect for mingling, dancing, and lively evenings. Everything from the Qwarnkalaset and Oktoberfest to private corporate parties and wedding receptions. With the stage area right outside, it’s the perfect spot when dinner turns into a party.

The Wind
Vinden charges 45 for meetings and workshops
At the very top of the Magasin Building is Vinden, a secluded and authentic conference room where the tranquility creates space for focus and creativity. A projector, sound system, whiteboard, flip chart, and sofa groups provide a relaxed yet efficient work environment. Ideal for meetings, workshops, or conferences free from distractions.

Outdoor stage and event area
The outdoor stage can accommodate 2,000 people under the open sky
The large outdoor stage is located in the heart of the mill complex and is surrounded by spacious areas for the audience and catering. The venue hosts everything from summer concerts and festivals to corporate events and outdoor wedding receptions. The area can accommodate up to 2,000 people and is equally well-suited for intimate evenings as it is for larger events. Its proximity to the pub and other venues makes it easy to create a complete experience with food, drinks, and entertainment all in one place.

Which venue is suitable for a wedding?
The Magasinet is the most popular venue and seats 130, with the Pub (300) available for the after-party. If you’re planning a large wedding, there’s an outdoor stage that can accommodate up to 2,000 guests under the open sky. We’ll help you coordinate the venues based on your planned schedule.
Which venue is suitable for a conference?
Vinden is our dedicated conference room for up to 45 people, equipped with a projector, whiteboard, and sofa arrangements. The Winter Terrace (50) and Magasinet (130) are suitable for larger groups.
Can we reserve a venue for a baptism or a memorial service?
Yes. The museum is particularly well-suited for this, with its peaceful, historic setting, and can accommodate up to 60 guests. It can be booked year-round.
How large of groups do you accommodate?
From small dinners in the Restaurant (55) or the Wood-Fired Pizza Restaurant (50) to events for up to 2,000 people on the outdoor stage. The minimum group size for a party reservation is 30 people.
